Nice owner and at 100 a week is nice considering they have free cable septic water electric all bills paid included in the weekly rate
Laundry house has restroom & shower facilities - but someone has broken the walls in the showers almost rendering them useless. Great with water, electricity & sewer hookups. Pond with good fishing on site.
Good manager who is very friendly, but a stickler to maintain a clean, quiet,and safe neighborhood. The grounds could use a bit more maintainence, but the grass is cut as needed.
